BIO-FSH is a rapid test that qualitatively detects the level of FSH in the urine sample at the sensitivity of 25 mlU/ml. The test uses a combination of antibodies, including a monoclonal anti-FSH antibody to selectively detect elevated levels of FSH.

The FSH Rapid Test Cassette (urine) is a qualitative two-site solid-phase sandwich immunoassay for the detection of FSH in urine. The membrane is pre-coated with anti-FSH antibodies in the test line region and rabbit antibodies in the mid-current control line region. During testing, the urine sample reacts with the particle coated with FSH antibodies and rabbit antibodies. The mixture migrates upward over the membrane chromatographically by capillary action to react with anti-FSH antibodies and rabbit antibodies on the membrane.
