lateral flow for the qualitative detection of anti-Trypanosoma cruzi IgG
(T. cruzi) in human serum, plasma or whole blood samples. HE
presupposes that it is used as a screening test and as a
diagnostic resource to detect Trypanosoma cruzi infection.
Any sample reactive with the rapid Chagas test must
be confirmed with alternative test method(s) and clinical findings.
