Manufacturer in Mexico of EBP registered trademark Autoclaves, launches its new line RV60/RV3648/RV3660 based on direct boiler steam or self-generated steam.

It has a fully automatic computerized electronic microprocessed control PLC (Programmable Logic Control) with a “Touch Screen of 5.7”, 7” or larger touch screen.

In color with the option to maximize the high definition backlight screen, with the option to work manually.

To sterilize any material that resists steam moisture and high temperatures; Integrated in the upper front or side part, saving space.

The control has twelve cycles pre-programmed at the factory by highly qualified personnel, achieving reliable sterilization within current AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) standards.

Having the possibility of varying the temperature and time of each cycle from 0 to 99 mins. according to the needs of the process, giving us a variety of more than 20 cycles, the required pre-vacuums and the drying time selected from 0 to 30 minutes.

The control contains a backup to maintain the program in the event of a power interruption for up to 120 minutes, and a voltage regulator for protection.

It has a program that stores on a USB the history of the last 1,000 cycles carried out and the failures that occurred to download it to a PC by EBP personnel for consultation or printing.
