Workstation with sterile air supply that generates an environment free of contaminating particles, for use where biohazardous materials are not handled and user protection is not required. They offer vertical air flow through a HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency for particles of 0.3 microns or larger.

Manufacturing materials:

• Exterior body made of smooth lime galvanized sheet. 20 (ASTM A-653 quality) and with an electrostatic powder paint finish of epoxy and polyester resins.
• Base structure made of 1 1/4″ square tubular, with perimeter skirt and plastic tips, with electrostatic paint finish
• Work cover made of 304 gauge type 18 stainless steel. (with option for laminated plastic cover)
• Imported HEPA filter with 99.99% efficiency for particles of 0.3 microns or larger.
• Prefilter (2) of 35% efficiency

Accessories and services included:

• Centrifugal 4-speed direct drive fan with low noise 1/3 HP motor (imported).
• LED lighting system. Box with 1 LED lamp of 9W 750 lumens and 35,000 hr. of life.
• Plate with switches for lighting and motor system.
• 125V, 15A polarized single-phase duplex contact.

Operating characteristics:

• The Fan increases the useful life of the filter because as it becomes saturated, the air flow is compensated by increasing its speed.
