Description:

Washer-disinfector, toilet and urinal sanitizer, with direct steam from the EBP brand boiler, for emptying, cleaning, thermal and chemical disinfection.

Features:

• Washer disinfector for commodes and urinals, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with floor discharge.
• Requires boiler steam; direct steam
• Cabinet type furniture with standard size (540 x 400 x 1400mm (width x depth x height), floor mounted, vertical type.
• Internal chamber built in a single piece of AISI 304 stainless steel, free of corners and edges, with smooth edges to avoid accumulation of dirt and bacterial growth (sanitary finish).
• It has a port for external temperature measurement as well as for validation
• Interface to transmit data to external software RJ45-Ethernet port.
• Electronic control panel, controlled by microprocessor.
• 16-character LCD display showing status, times, temperature and selected cycle, with IP65 shielding in accordance with ANSI/60529-2004 standard.
• The turn on and turn off button.
• Cycles from 90 to 252 seconds.

3 Water Cycles: WATER-STEAM-DETERGENT SPRAY

• Automatic water, detergent and steam input.
• Front-mounted audible and visible alarm to alert user of cycle end, door open, or insufficient water and detergent supply.

Installation and commissioning:

• Requires 110-12020V/60Hz electrical current, water, steam and drain.
• 76mm drain coupling with threaded system screwed to the pipe.
• It can have up to 7 fixed and 5 rotating sprinklers for rinsing and washing.
• Mechanical Guides are provided to facilitate installation once the equipment is delivered, maintenance and service manual.
• Cooling system without air and water inlet.
• Silent operation with 50 dB.

Accessories:

• Removable grid to support 2 commodes or 2 urinals inside the tank.
• Rack for drying the dressers (optional) made of stainless steel, (capacity for 5 or 10 dressers)
