Description

• Comomodos washer disinfector with floor discharge
• Rectangular chamber (case), cast aluminum.
• Operation control where the user requires it (even removed from the equipment)
• Trap (cespol) and elbow for connection to the floor: Cast aluminum.
• Supporting arms for comfortable: Cast bronze (chrome-plated) and/or aluminum.
• Connections: Bronze, brass and stainless steel.
• Folding door by means of pedal and slow closing by means of hydraulic cylinder.
• Safety system that prevents the opening and escape of water and steam when the equipment is in operation

Steam generator:

• Completely built in T-304 stainless steel
• It connects to the 120 V alternating current line. 60 Hz.
• Steam generation begins its operation automatically when the equipment is turned on, and water replacement will be automatically controlled with electro levels or float, it has a lack of water supply alarm and digital temperature indicator.

Aluminum and polyester finish:

• Baked enamelled polyurethane paint for high resistance, acids, alkalis and working temperatures.

Installation:

• Hydrosanitary, steam inlet, atmospheric exhaust and discharge to drainage

Operation:

• AUTOMATIC, with electronic microprocessor control with predetermined programs, one of 30/60 sec. washing time with water inlet and 30/60 sec. for disinfection through self-generated steam input, with cycle start button and digital temperature indicator. With control panel with membrane keys and selection of at least three operation cycles.
• Digital display, with indicator of the cycle and phase of the selected program
• Electrical Control Panel Selection of default operating cycles.
• In the construction of this equipment, flow restrictors, solenoids, steam traps, aerators and diffusion nozzles are integrated to avoid splashes and perform a perfect wash.
