Return policy
If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help you!
We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and get a store credit, a different product, or a refund of your original payment method.
On some occasions the products may be missing, out of stock or discontinued by the brand, on those occasions we will refund your money within a period of no more than 48 hours to your bank account, if you pay by credit card or debit will depend on the time in which your bank returns the money.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy. Here are some examples:
- Discounted items are considered non-returnable sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- The period for returning a product can take up to 10 business days, as the supplier is contacted and a negotiation for product exchanges and returns is managed.
- Oxygen concentrators do not apply for returns, since they have hours of use, and when you turn them on, time begins to run, and they are also used in patients with serious health conditions, and more people could not be put at risk.
- We only change equipment or products with factory defects.
- The equipment will be sent back to our offices for review. If they are damaged due to incorrect use, they will have a repair cost.
