Firefighter suit – LICA made of Nomex and yellow Kevlar.
MANUFACTURING MATERIALS FOR JACKET AND PANTS:
OUTER LAYER: 100% Nomex fabric of 7.5/yd2 in Yellow, with water repellent. Note: These fabrics meet or exceed NFPA standards.

THERMAL LAYER: 7.25 oz/yd2 Xtra-Lite. It is a second inner layer under the OUTER LAYER integrated into the vapor barrier, removable for cleaning and maintenance made of 100 oz/yd7.25 Nomex 2% aramid. This thermal layer is designed to protect the user from burns when fighting fire, these fabrics meet or exceed NFPA standards.

MOISTURE LAYER: consists of a laminated membrane that prevents the penetration of water and vapor, offers high thermal stability, and also allows the Firefighter to breathe from the inside out. The thermal barrier and moisture barrier sewn together forming a single piece, removable from the outer layer using plush and a 1″ hook.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COLLAR JACKET: Extra tall 4″ and four layers of fabric for total protection with a thermal layer and a moisture layer.

MOUTH COVER: It works with an extra layer attached to the neck to protect the mouth and throat, its closure is NOMEX VELCRO. It is made in four layers, with a thermal and humidity layer that makes it insulated.

SLEEVES: Made in a curved ergonomic design with Arashield finish on the cuff for wear protection.

JACKET LAPEL: Flap on the front of the jacket 5″ wide with 4 layers of fabric, 2 Nomex, 1 thermal layer and another moisture layer, this flap is sewn double-stitched with Nomex thread.

ZIPPER, HOOK AND NOMEX PLUSH: Nomex Zipper Closure System, as well as a 1″ wide Nomex Plush and Hook vertical strip.

THREAD ASSEMBLY: We use Kevlar and Nomex thread.

PANTS FEATURES:
DESIGN: Ample space for more comfortable movements, sewn with double crimped seams for greater durability, hem reinforced with flesh.
PANTS CLASP: Hook-type clasp overlapping system and anti-spark “D” type ring and corrosion-resistant nickel plating.
INTERIOR LINING: It is a second removable inner pants integrated into the vapor barrier.
