The T-SEAL Mobile combines reliability, flexibility and portability to make reliable seals simple and efficient. The sealant can be used while the donor is still connected to a set of disposable tubes. This versatile device seals polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) tubes and automatically adjusts to fit a variety of tube diameters. The battery pack slips easily into a lab coat pocket and can power up to 1,500 stamps per charge, bringing greater convenience and improved efficiency to your staff and processes.

The T-SEAL Mobile is a fully automated system used to seal PVC and EVA tubing associated with blood collection and processing. Compact, lightweight and reliable, the device can be used anywhere in your blood center or laboratory where a seal is needed and while the donor is still connected to a set of disposable tubing.

Portable unit
Operators will appreciate the comfortable, ergonomic grip. The trigger is easy to press and seals complete quickly. Using the device is simple: a special radio frequency generator equipped with an intelligent sensor automatically detects, controls and adjusts the sealing process based on the material and diameter of the pipe.

To further simplify operation, a light on the front of the device displays the status of the sealing process, so operators know
when a stamp is completed. The sealing head can be removed without the use of tools to simplify electrode cleaning.
